Commercial Litigation Paralegal in Dallas, Texas

LHH Recruitingment Solutions is partnering with a boutique commercial litigation firm in Downtown Dallas in their search for an experience commercial litigation paralegal. This is a full-time, permanent job opportunity with a very successful and close-knit boutique firm. You will be responsible for drafting, formatting, and proofreading correspondence and legal documents, including TOCs, TOAs, notices, pleadings, discovery shell documents, subpoenas, exhibit lists, etc.; filing and e-filing in federal and state courts; preparing hearing, meeting, and deposition binders as well as witness and exhibit lists; and handling document production using NextPoint. Candidates with IP litigation experience are preferred.

Qualifications:

5+ years of solid commercial litigation paralegal experience, experience with IP litigation is a huge plus!

Experience with case management database experience is required (NextPoint or something similar)

Trial experience

Proficiency with federal and state filing

Strong computer proficiency, especially with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Ability to meet deadlines while working independently
