Digital Marketing Specialist

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our client’s team in the Dallas metro area. The ideal candidate will have experience with a variety of digital marketing initiatives. This role requires strong communication and understanding of digital strategies with the ability to meet deadlines and review analytical data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify partner websites needing SEO enhancement to improve organic search rankings
  • Optimize website elements such as content, tags, headings, and URL structures for better search visibility
  • Use data insights for identifying growth opportunities, measuring campaign success, and improving marketing performance
  • Implement A/B testing and experimentation to enhance conversion rates and ROI
  • Maintain the performance marketing dashboard, monitor progress towards goals and budget, and take real-time actions to meet business needs
  • Refine customer acquisition strategies by maximizing marketing efficiency through testing across audiences, channels, and messaging
  • Develop and manage an organic content calendar to ensure consistent content creation and distribution across all practices
  • Assist in implementing HTML code for SMS and email marketing campaigns, including some creative elements
  • Segment email lists based on demographics and user behavior
  • Track and analyze email open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to optimize campaigns
  • Help manage workflows by utilizing webhooks to streamline marketing processes
  • Conduct weekly audits of organic marketing efforts and social media activities of all practices
  • Review and analyze the performance of organic marketing efforts, providing recommendations for improvement
  • Support HQ office with social media efforts to enhance brand awareness
  • Conduct market research and analysis of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats
  • Lead website content updates using best practices with HTML, CSS, and/or front-end builders
  • Perform website audits and updates to ensure proper functionality and a seamless user experience
  • Aid in the creation and management of email marketing campaigns including design and content
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and new technologies in digital marketing
  • Other duties as assigned by Director of Digital Marketing

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline
  • 2-5 years of demonstrated experience in digital marketing, email, marketing, social media, and SEO
  • Proven record of driving customer acquisition and revenue growth
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), project management tools (such as Monday.com or Asana), email marketing platforms (such as Mailchimp), social media management tools (such as Meta Business Suite and Yext), HTML, and CSS
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and analytically
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Strong interest in digital marketing and staying up to date on new trends and technologies

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 based on experience
