LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a temporary remote HR Coordinator in Dallas, Tx.

Responsibilities

  • Process new hire paperwork, background checks, coordinates and completes the I9/E-Verify
  • Process status changes, term paperwork, promotions, and all other changes and get all appropriate approvals before processing in HRIS.
  • Processes employee information, including personal data, payroll, tax data, performance reviews, transfers, and terminations; enters data into company systems.
  • Enter all new hires, terminations, and other payroll changes daily.
  • Qualifications

  • GED or High school diploma required.
  • Associate degree preferred.
  • 2-3 years of related HR, administrative or Customer Service experience.
  • Experience with HRIS.
  • Skills

  • Great at multi-tasking
  • Professional and personable demeanor
  • Effective communication and time-management
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills
  • Work Hours

  • Monday - Friday
  • 40 hours per week
  • Salary

    40,000 -50,000
