LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Human Resources Admin in Dallas, Tx.

Responsibilities

  • Support full cycle hiring processes; including sourcing and recruiting, posting jobs, resume and phone screening, scheduling, and candidate tracking in our ATS
  • Support Onboarding processes of all new hires
  • Support Time and Attendance management
  • General HR support including initiatives related to Employee Development and Training, Employee Engagement and Event Planning
  • Respond and assist employees with HR and Administrative related inquiries
  • Support Vendor Compliance management
  • Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant, or relevant role
  • Experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS
  • Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
  • Thorough knowledge of labor laws
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
  • Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
  • BS in Human Resources or relevant field
  • Work Hours

  • Monday - Friday
  • 40 hours per week
  • Pay Rate:

    $22.00 – 32.00
