We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Billing Coordinator with experience in insurance defense billing to join a respected law firm in North Dallas. This is a direct-hire, fully onsite position reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, and supporting attorneys and staff with accurate and timely billing operations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of legal billing, experience with Elite billing software and E-Billing Hub, and the ability to manage high-volume billing while balancing shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Work under the direction of the Chief Financial Officer to support billing functions across the firm
Print and distribute proformas to attorneys for review and edits
Process finalized client invoices using Elite billing software
Submit invoices through the E-Billing Hub or designated client e-billing platforms
Collect and organize required cost backup documentation for electronic submission
Monitor and follow up on rejected e-bills, including processing appeals through the E-Billing Hub
Provide billing information and reports upon request
Organize and maintain billing-related correspondence and records
Communicate professionally with clients and maintain regular contact as needed
Collaborate with attorneys and staff to resolve billing issues in a timely and courteous manner
Assist with special projects as assigned
Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
