Accounting Clerk in Houston, Texas

LHH Recruitment Solution is looking for an Accounting Clerk in Houston. AP, AR and Billing, vendor calls.

Job Duties:

- Perform 3 way matching - PO with invoices

- Processing payments in invoices (20 wires/ACH, 50 checks a week)

- Print invoices from emails

- Respond to vendors/customers in the Accounts Receivable inbox regarding about invoices

- Perform additional clerical work assigned by management

Qualifications:

- Must have at least 2-3 years of Account Clerk Experience

- Proficient experience with Excel (knowledge in pivot tables is a PLUS)

- Experience using ERP system (AS400 is a PLUS)

Hours:

8:00 to 5:00pm

Compensation:

$22 - $23
