Contract/Temp to Hire

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an HR professional with at least five years of HRIS and Payroll experience for a client located in Danbury, CT. This position will be contract to hire and can be performed on a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond appropriately to team requests
  • Assist with preparing and processing payroll on a biweekly basis
  • Process payroll reports and enter data accurately into HRIS
  • Ensure all time sheets are submitted in a timely manner
  • Answer inquiries or address and problems regarding payroll and ensure timely resolutions of any matters
  • Answer questions regarding time keeping policies
  • Ensure all records are kept up to date
  • Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4-5 years of processing payroll
  • Multi-state experienced preferred
  • Prior experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work with a team and independently
  • Hours:

  • Monday through Friday
  • 8:00am-5:00pm
  • Worksite Type:

  • Hybrid
  • 2 days onsite, 3 days remote
