Accounts Payable Specialist

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing client in the south Dayton, OH area to help fill an Accounts Payable need they have. Qualified candidate will have at least 1 year of recent experience along with intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.

This position is Temp to Hire.

Duties:

Process vendor invoices in a timely manner

Perform 3-way matching and account reconciliation

Code invoices to the correct G/L account

Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies

Assist with weekly check runs

Answer emails from the AP inbox

Help in other areas of accounting when needed

Requirements:

At least 1 year of recent AP experience

Excellent communication skills

Intermediate Microsoft Excel experience

Positive attitude
