LHH is looking for a contract Recruiter who lives near the Delavan, WI area who can work hybrid with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. The candidate will support the Human Resources team with recruiting for hourly warehouse assembler and material handlers. Having prior success with recruiting for hourly roles is ideal.


What you will be doing in the role:

  • Utilize social media and different job boards to recruit for open positions
  • Review resumes, coordinate interviews with the appropriate Managers and help with delivering job offers
  • Manage the applicant tracking system with integrity
  • Help the HR team with onboarding and making sure the new hires are informed
  • Have creative ways for recruiting for the hourly positions

  • Qualifications:

  • Equivalent work experience or Bachelors degree
  • Have experience using Workday- HRIS system
  • Actively recruiting for at least 1 year or more
