LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a 100% REMOTE Compensation Consultant for our part-time contract position.

Title: Compensation Consultant

Type: Contract through December 2022

Weekly Hours: Roughly 25 hours per week

Schedule: Regular working business hours

Team Size: Team of 4

Salary: up to $40 per hour

Duties:

  • Analyze Physician and staff compensation survey data
  • Quality and analysis of data, enter information into the system
  • Create job files: title, grades, load into the system
  • Tie out job codes, create system reporting
  • Adjust job table mid point and maximum
  • Work with payroll to make compensation adjustments
  • Analyze Administrative impact on Physican jobs- detail out the functions for 130+ Doctors vs Physician Assistant vs admin
  • Ad hoc administrative projects for HR and Executive team
  • Required Software Skills:

  • V-Lookups, Pivot Tables, Building Index Look-ups, Formulas
