LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a full-time employee in the Denver, CO metro area that will play an integral role within the accounts receivable team. Our client is searching for a diligent professional who displays a deep knowledge of all activities in the accounts receivable function. With this opportunity you will perform an essential role for a company that values work-life balance and offers an attractive benefits package. Position is blended(on-site and remote) and compensation range is $40,000-$50,000 per year based on experience.

Responsibilities

Collect payments using project management, organization and communication skills to collect payments from clients and customers

Track payments, make banking deposits, and run reports that document profits and losses

Communicate with previous clients and customers to request payment and arrange payment plans

Ensure accuracy of journal entries and update account status’

Maintain knowledge of company bookkeeping policies and audit business ledgers

Required Qualifications and Skill Sets

Minimum 1 year experience in accounting field

High School Diploma

Excellent communication, project management, and organizational abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams, and Excel)

Detail-oriented with ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with new and existing clients and customers
