LLH is currently seeking a HR Assistant for one of our clients located in the Des Plaines, IL area.


This is a CONTRACT TO HIRE opportunity.


Job Details:

  • HYBRID
  • $19-$21
  • Contract to HIRE
  • Hiring ASAP
  • Monday-Friday

  • Duties:

  • Processing leave of absence requests and benefits information in their HRIS
  • Answer phone calls and email to explain benefits
  • Onboarding employees into the system and verifying their certifications
  • Reaching out to candidates to get verification for certs/ backgrounds
  • Processing benefit change requests and benefits information in their HRIS
  • Keeping detailed records of employee insurance information
  • Oversee the enrollment process medical, dental, vision and other benefits

  • Qualifications:

  • HR experience, specifically knowledgeable in onboarding and orientations
  • 1-2 years as HR assistant experience
  • HRIS/ATS experience
