Accounts Payable Specialist

Responsibilities

Process daily accounts payable invoices

Resolve any issues or discrepancies regarding invoices

Reconcile expenses reports

Assist with monthly journal entries

Communicate with established and new vendors regarding invoices and payments

Ensure payments are paid and recorded accurately and timely

Perform administrative duties such as filling and scanning

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of Accounts Payable experience

Strong oral and written communication

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word

Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize

Collaborate effectively with others

Excellent customer service and organizational skills
