Responsibilities

  • Process daily accounts payable invoices
  • Resolve any issues or discrepancies regarding invoices
  • Reconcile expenses reports
  • Assist with monthly journal entries
  • Communicate with established and new vendors regarding invoices and payments
  • Ensure payments are paid and recorded accurately and timely
  • Perform administrative duties such as filling and scanning
  • Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of Accounts Payable experience
  • Strong oral and written communication
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize
  • Collaborate effectively with others
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills
