Account Receivable Clerk

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a Temporary-to-Hire Accounts Payable Clerk at our clients Donelson, TN location. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to contribute their skills and grow within a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities include:

· Process and verify invoices for accuracy

· Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies

· Code and enter invoices into the system

· Assist with month-end closing activities

· Communicate with vendors and internal teams to address payment inquiries

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in accounts payable or a related field

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy

· Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

· Excellent organizational and communication skills

· Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment

Pay: $20-25/hr.
