Payroll Clerk

Payroll Specialist

LHH is seeking a skilled Payroll Clerk to join our clients team on a temporary-to-hire basis. This position is fully onsite at our location in Donelson, TN.

Responsibilities include:

· Process and maintain accurate payroll records for employees

· Verify timecards, deductions, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

· Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee inquiries regarding payroll matters

· Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management

· Assist with payroll-related projects and tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

· Proven experience as a Payroll Clerk or in a similar role

· Knowledge of payroll regulations, policies, and procedures

· Proficient in using payroll software and MS Office, particularly Excel

· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Pay: $26-32/hr
