Job Description:

  • Interface with Project Managers and clients regarding budgets, contracts, monthly billings, payments, and other project items
  • Maintain and file executed contracts, signed proposals, purchase orders and change orders.
  • Create and edit project setup information in accounting system
  • Process high volume of invoices for billing preparation and execution and ensure compliance with contract terms.
  • Point of contact for clients and vendors for discrepancy resolution
  • Assist in review of Accounts Receivable, budgets, project performance, and identification of the need for change orders.

  • Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree in Accounting or related field a must, Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • At least one year of Project Accounting or Accounts Receivable experience
  • Detail oriented
  • Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
