Accounting Clerk


One of LHH’s clients needs a new Accounting Clerk! We need an Accounting Clerk who will be able to converse with customers in a way that is unobtrusive and maintains a positive relationship with the customer. You will succeed in this role if you can call and email customers to confirm payment records compared to AR records. This is not a collections position. Responsibilities

  • Communicating with customers to obtain past payment information
  • Basic accounting procedures
  • Fast, accurate data entry skills

  • Qualifications

  • Excellent phone demeanor and experience speaking with customers on the phone.
  • Customer Service focus and skilled at customer relationships.
  • Familiar with Excel. Know how to read a spreadsheet, sort, find and enter data etc.
  • Should be somewhat familiar with accounting principles and accounts receivables.
  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
