About the Role
We are seeking a versatile and analytical HR Business Partner to join one of our clients in Duluth, GA. This role is both strategic and hands-on, supporting business leaders and employees across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in HR operations, data-driven decision-making, and a passion for building a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Partnership:
Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals. Provide guidance on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management.Employee Relations & Compliance:
Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations matters. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.Data-Driven Insights:
Analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement, compensation) to identify trends and recommend actionable solutions. Present insights to leadership to support strategic decisions.HR Operations:
Oversee core HR functions including onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and performance management. Maintain accurate employee records and support day-to-day HR processes.Program Development:
Support initiatives in compensation planning, career development, succession planning, and employee engagement. Facilitate training sessions to build HR and data literacy across teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
5+ years of experience in HRBP, HR Generalist, or HR Manager roles.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in HRIS systems, Excel, and data visualization tools.
Deep understanding of HR practices, employment law, and compliance.
Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving abilities.
HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) is a plus.
Preferred Skills
Experience with compensation analysis, workforce planning, and employee engagement programs.
Familiarity with platforms like Workday, ADP, or similar HRIS tools.
Multi-site or multi-state HR experience is a bonus.
Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
