About the Role

We are seeking a versatile and analytical HR Business Partner to join one of our clients in Duluth, GA. This role is both strategic and hands-on, supporting business leaders and employees across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in HR operations, data-driven decision-making, and a passion for building a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR Partnership:
    Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals. Provide guidance on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management.

  • Employee Relations & Compliance:
    Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations matters. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.

  • Data-Driven Insights:
    Analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement, compensation) to identify trends and recommend actionable solutions. Present insights to leadership to support strategic decisions.

  • HR Operations:
    Oversee core HR functions including onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and performance management. Maintain accurate employee records and support day-to-day HR processes.

  • Program Development:
    Support initiatives in compensation planning, career development, succession planning, and employee engagement. Facilitate training sessions to build HR and data literacy across teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

  • 5+ years of experience in HRBP, HR Generalist, or HR Manager roles.

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in HRIS systems, Excel, and data visualization tools.

  • Deep understanding of HR practices, employment law, and compliance.

  • Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving abilities.

  • HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) is a plus.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with compensation analysis, workforce planning, and employee engagement programs.

  • Familiarity with platforms like Workday, ADP, or similar HRIS tools.

  • Multi-site or multi-state HR experience is a bonus.



Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
