HR and Operations Coordinator


LHH is currently recruiting for an immediate HR/Operations Coordinator opening with our Durham-based client. As the HR and Operations Coordinator you will be responsible for assisting candidates through the recruitment and onboarding processes and also overseeing all operational office functions. This is a contract to hire opportunity that will sit onsite. Previous experience in HR and office support is required.


Responsibilities:

  • Support ongoing HR projects and processes
  • Coordinate with and greet candidates for interviews
  • Assist onboarding team with new hires and orientations
  • Assist with overall office operations including scheduling, ordering office supplies and data entry

  • Qualifications:

  • Previous HR and Office support experience
  • Working knowledge of ATS or HRIS preferred

  • Hours:

  • 8 am - 5 pm
  • Monday - Friday
  • Onsite in Durham
