ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

LHH is working with a manufacturing company in Edison, NJ to hire a permanent Administrative Assistant. This role will be completely on site with full time hours Monday through Friday. The qualified candidate should have at least 3 years of corporate administrative experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Order office supplies
  • Assist with coordination for building maintenance (lightbulbs, cleaning services, landscaping)
  • Filing
  • Answering phones
  • Maintaining spreadsheets for monthly/quarterly and annual renewals
  • Scanning checks for bank deposits
  • Printing trade invoices and match to purchase orders
  • Entering miscellaneous vendor invoices into Sage
  • Entering payroll into ADP biweekly
  • QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 3 years of corporate administrative, office management or light accounting experience
  • Experience using ADP and/or Sage a plus
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills
  • Excellent data entry and typing capabilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Team player
