Merchandise Planner

MERCHANDISING PLANNER

A high-end manufacturing company in Edison, NJ is looking to hire a temporary Merchandising Planner for a minimum of 3 to 6 months with the possibility for extension. This role will be in office for training, and then will switch to hybrid with 3 days in office and two days from home. The qualified candidate should have experience within inventory, purchasing, supply chain or merchandising.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Monitor the US Procurement mailbox

Follow up on estimated time of arrivals

Follow up on product inquiries

Support inventory management

Update category, pricing and inventory type

Maintain the special order tracker

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Experience within inventory, purchasing, supply chain or merchandising.

Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Organized and detail oriented

Ability to work on a team and independently
