Order Processor

LHH is recruiting for an Order Processor for a contract to hire position in Edison, New Jersey. This is an onsite to start but will move to a hybrid role 2-3 days a week. The main objective in this role is to assist customers and sales team with orders, projects, processing orders, managing inventory, as well as billing.

Responsibilities:

  • Enjoys working with customers and has impeccable customer service skills
  • Is good with computers and has good skills
  • Has great communication for answering calls
  • Processing orders that are received by phone/email
  • Update records
  • Efficient at inputting order details in the computer
  • Answering questions on order status, shipment scheduling, and product information
  • Execute and Manage Pos
  • Data Entry
  • Inventory
  • Routing shipment
  • Qualifications:

  • Must have Microsoft Office and Outlook skills
  • Must have experienced in Order Processing and customer communications
  • Well organized
  • Pays attention to detail
  • Multitasker
  • Has skills or knowledge in Sage X3
  • Needs to have understanding in Global Import/ Export logistic management
  • Education/Experience

  • Associates Degree
  • Employment Type: Contract to Hire
  • Salary- $20-21 an hr.
