Key Account Administrator

Account Manager, Elgin IL

We are currently hiring for a great client of ours who is looking to add an Account Manager to their team in Elgin. A successfully candidate will be someone who is organized, able to prioritize tasks, and results driven.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain working relationships with customer and manufacturing facilities

Communicate with customers and internal departments to ensure all aspects of the sale is being taken care of

Maintain internal database with updated status of all orders (systems, spare parts, upgrades, repairs and service)

Assist customers with any returns, repairs, replacements, or any other inquire they may have in regard to the sale and record into internal system

Be able to thoroughly read customer’s contract terms and implications on the order process

Create clean booking checklist to ensure all requirements are met

Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

3+ Years of previous Account Management or other relevant experience

Previous experience using an enterprise software (CRM and ERP system)

Must be able to travel Internationally within first month for training (expenses will be covered)

Ability to prioritize tasks, stay organize, and work under pressure

Any inventory management experience is a plus

Knowledge and understanding of shipping and customs norms/requirements

Job Details:

Direct Hire

Onsite but ability to be hybrid or remote

Monday-Friday 8-5pm with flexibility

Pay: $60-70k depending on experience
