Job Duties:

  • Point person in office for administrative responsibilities including – answering phone calls, transferring calls, welcoming guests, etc.
  • Managing inbound and outbound mail – mailing customer invoices
  • Assisting guests with providing badges, inputting guest information into the system, other general inquires
  • Providing great customer service

  • Requirements:

  • 1+ years of administrative support experience
  • Prior experience with Microsoft Office Suites
  • Great communication skills

  • Compensation: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour


    Hours: 8am – 4:30pm


    Location: Elgin, IL 60123


    Employment Type: Temporary – 9-day period
