Salary: Up to $120k base (commensurate with experience)

LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a manufacturing company that is looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team. This role will be required to work in their office M-F as you will be leading and coaching a small marketing team.

This role will have three direct reports and will lead the group in collaborating with the sales team, departmental leaders, and other cross-functional teams to raise brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

To be successful in this role you should be comfortable leading/managing others, wearing many hats, and have exemplary organizational skills, in addition to being able to use data to develop creative marketing solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads a team of marketing professionals to deliver company objectives
  • Develops a complete understanding of the customer and competitive landscape including products, pricing and trends
  • Owns and oversees market analysis and reporting to focus on sales lead efforts and drive new marketing campaigns and promotions, while understanding the appropriate media channels
  • Understands CRM and automates processes to distribute and track sales leads. Uses data and qualitative insights to identify and minimize pain points for the sales team
  • Develops and maintains company websites and intranet, monitoring and reporting on traffic trends for both
  • Plans and coordinates company events for employees and customers, evaluates their success, and proposes adjustments as needed
  • Provides day-to-day coaching to direct reports, regularly evaluating performance and providing clear feedback, training, and support
  • Manage and oversee outside vendor relationships
  • Requirements:

  • 5+ years of direct experience in a marketing leadership role
  • A Bachelor's degree, preferably with a focus in marketing, sales or business
  • Experience with CRM, marketing software and internal business systems
  • Experienced developing and overseeing traditional and digital marketing campaigns (print/email/website/social/direct)
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Thrives in a role with high visibility
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous project management and people development skills
  • Highly collaborative, analytical and solutions oriented
