LHH is actively seeking a Manager of Quality for a manufacturing company located in the Elk Grove Village area. This role is responsible for verifying raw material quality as well as finished product quality and will be leading a team of technicians. This is an ONSITE opportunity.

The primary responsibilities for this role include

• Create and implement testing procedures, quality standards, and required documentation

• Work interdepartmentally to ensure finished goods meet customer standards and specifications

• Problem solve and root cause analysis of rejections

• Leading a team, including hiring, scheduling, performance management, and training and development

• Lead internal audits

• Prepare departmental reports for upper management

• Work interdepartmentally on new product development

• Additional duties as needed

The ideal candidate profile will have the following qualifications

• 5+ years of Quality experience

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Highly analytical

• Experience leading a team

• High attention to detail

• Automotive experience preferred

• Bilingual Spanish
