Donor Relations Admin Support Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Perform clerical and support functions as assigned as well as other administrative office functions
  • Answering telephones, directing calls, and taking messages as needed
  • Communication with customers, employees, and other individuals to assist with questions.
  • Filing, mailing, faxing
  • Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of administrative support experience
  • High level professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS office applications
  • Starting pay: $16.43

    This is fully on-site role working Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
