Donation Specialist

LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for a Grant Specialist to assist a non-profit with reviewing Grant Requests. The ideal candidate will have a strong writing background and an interest in helping others. If you have any experience with writing, grants, or managing documents, please apply!

Employment type: Temporary to Hire

Pay: $19 an hour

Responsibilities:

  • Review incoming grant requests for completion
  • Review applications, financial documents, budgets, and other materials to evaluate
  • Create summaries of grant applications to be reviewed by other parties
  • Draft correspondence concerning approval and rejections
  • Act as a liaison between intern and external parties
  • Follow up on past grant applications to review accountabilities for future grants
  • Assist with preparing data to be used in leadership meetings and publications
  • Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in Microsoft office suite
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-3 years customer service or Administrative experience with an emphasis on strong communication
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong writing skills, including grammar
