💼 Role: Controller

We’re partnering with a dynamic and expanding company that operates with the structure and pace of a manufacturing business—yet is tied to a broader, fast-growing industry. With several major client wins and continued momentum, they’re seeking a hands-on Controller to lead their accounting operations. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Accounting Supervisor or Senior Accountant ready to take the next step into a leadership role.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily accounting operations including general ledger, AP/AR, and bank reconciliations

• Lead the monthly close process and prepare internal financial statements

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow tracking

• Supervise and mentor a small accounting team

• Coordinate with external accountants for audits and tax filings

• Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies

• Support inventory and cost tracking processes

• Assist leadership with financial analysis and reporting for strategic decision-making

• Contribute to process improvements and system upgrades as the company scales

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• 5–8 years of accounting experience, ideally in a manufacturing or operations-heavy environment

• Prior experience as an Accounting Supervisor or Senior Accountant

• Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls

• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar)

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• A proactive mindset and readiness to grow with the business

💰 Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $125,000 – $140,000

• Bonus: Annual performance-based bonus
