Are you a detail-driven payroll professional with experience in high-volume, multi-state processing? A leading civil construction firm in Farmers Branch is seeking a Payroll Specialist to support their accounting team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced, boots-on-the-ground environment where accuracy and timeliness are key.

🔍 What You’ll Do:

• Enter and process weekly payroll data for 300+ employees across multiple states

• Ensure accurate wage calculations, deductions, and compliance with payroll policies

• Troubleshoot timekeeping discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries

• Collaborate with accounting and project teams to maintain payroll accuracy

• Support ongoing improvements in payroll workflows and documentation

✅ What You Bring:

• 2+ years of payroll experience, ideally in the construction or field services industry

• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems

• Bilingual in English and Spanish highly preferred

• High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines

• Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset

• High school diploma or equivalent required; payroll certification (FPC/CPP) a plus
