LHH Recruitment Solutions has a Garnishment Clerk/Specialist position open for a Fortune 500 company in Federal Way, WA. This is a full-time/Onsite, Contract position. The pay rate is $18/hour

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • Garnishment processing experience required
  • PeopleDoc, QuickBooks, ADP, good to have
  • Must be able to work in the office = 40-hour week (No working from home)
  • Good oral/written communication & organizational skills
  • Problem-solving skills/Pro-active/Motivated
  • Computer savvy: Outlook, Word, & especially Excel
  • Good math aptitude
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good attitude – flexible/adaptable/team player
  • Daily Responsibilities:

  • Responsibilities would include preparing incoming (via mail, fax, scan) garnishment documents to upload into the PeopleDoc portal
  • Respond to PeopleDoc, HRIS, Payroll Systems, or the Payroll Service Center for communications requiring research, missing information, or further action
  • Open and refer emails from the general Garnishment Inbox to coworkers for processing
  • Make phone calls to (or email) Employees, Plaintiffs, Courts, or Attorneys for communicating or retrieving garnishment information
  • Communicates with the team and garnishment vendors on any questions regarding releases, deductions, and payments of garnishment paperwork.
  • Scanning and uploading garnishment paperwork into the PeopleDoc system, running bi-weekly and monthly reports
  • Work on special projects given by manager utilizing EXCEL spreadsheets; other duties as needed
