Property Administrator – Northern Kentucky
Location: Florence, KY
Employment Type: Full-Time, First Shift (No Weekends)
Compensation: $19–$21 per hour

Position Overview
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Administrator to support our client’s property management operations in Northern Kentucky. This is a first-shift role with no weekend responsibilities, ideal for candidates looking to grow within a professional and supportive environment.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Provide full administrative support, including phone coverage, report preparation, filing, and correspondence distribution
Schedule and coordinate meetings and special events
Assist with lease administration, including tenant communication and insurance documentation
Prepare and manage bid proposals, service contracts, and invoices
Maintain office supplies and ensure efficient office operations
Track and manage contracts and certificates of insurance
Monitor property maintenance work orders and generate monthly status reports
Maintain lease, contract, and purchase order systems
Foster positive relationships with tenants and clients; track service calls as needed
Assist with monthly and quarterly reporting, as well as annual budget preparation
Process staff hours, tenant bill-backs, expense reports, meter readings, and check requests

Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Must have 1–3 years of experience in property administration
Must have excellent Excel skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to handle confidential information and interact professionally with decision-makers
Customer service experience is a plus
