  • Qualifications:

  • 2+ years customer service experience
  • Bilingual - English & Spanish, written and verbal
  • Ability to communicate effectively with English & Spanish speaking customers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work onsite Monday - Friday
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office
