Accounting Principals is partnering with a prestigious nonprofit in East Ft. Worth, TX in the search for an Accountant. Qualified applicants will have 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in grant work. Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile and post paments
  • Assist with grants compliance and accuracy
  • Review contracts
  • Responsible to tracking of donations and various funds
  • Assist with reconciliations including GL accounts, Balance Sheet and P&L Statement
  • Responsible for Fixed Assets, Inventory, and depreciation schedules
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years Accountant experience and knowledge
  • BA or BS in Accounting or Finance is a must
  • MS Office including intermediate Excel is required.
  • Experience with Sage MIP software and UltiPro (Ultimate Payroll software) a plus
  • Dependable, cooperative and willing attitude.
  • Cross train with other staff in the department and back up the duties of others when necessary.
