Responsibilities could include the following:

Entering high volumes of daily customer invoices

Three-way matching of invoices to PO’s

Assist with 1099 vendor set up

Audit sales tax for accuracy

Assist with vendor customer service and maintenance various reconciliations

Perform other related job duties as requested

Qualifications:

One plus years of AP knowledge and skills

Must be detail oriented

Experience with matching and coding invoices highly desired

Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills

Attention to detail and ability to work in a changing fast paced environment

Independent worker and able to work with little supervision
