Administrative Assistant

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a seasoned and polished Administrative Assistant in Foster City. This position will start as a contract with a high chance to extend and/or convert. The admin assistant will be supporting the operations of an established client of ours in the Finance industry. This position is fully on-site and will require candidates to be fully vaccinated and boosted.

Compensation: $30 - $35

Location: Foster City

Work type: fully on-site

Duration: 3-6 months Contract to Hire

Duties

  • Generate New Account Paperwork and process signed paperwork
  • Customer-Relationship Management (CRM) - data entry and management
  • Maintain/reconcile differences between custodian & CRM
  • Maintain files for compliance
  • Work with custodians to ensure timely account opening
  • Provide continuous status updates and communication with associates
  • Process Assets Held Away for performance reporting data or trading groups
  • Assist in the coordination of other administrative activities as needed
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • 2 years minimum of relevant work experience
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus
  • Experience with Addepar is a plus
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to think critically and anticipate issues
  • Good verbal and communications skills
  • Good relationship buildings skills both inside and outside of the organization
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, high-pressure environment
  • “No task is too small” mentality
