Recruiter

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Recruiter for a client of ours, in Foster City, CA. This Recruiter will report directly to the Director of Talent Acquisition and ensure we are hiring the best possible talent. This position is contract to hire.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Req load 30-50 reqs (many positions are the same position title (i.e., maintenance technician, case manager, project manager, etc.)

Sources, pre-screens, and interviews candidates

Develops and maintains a pipeline of candidates using the Applicant Tracking System and sources top talent through LinkedIn, cold calling, networking, job postings, and recruitment events

Assists with reference checks and other hiring assessment tools as needed

Organizes and attends staffing related activities and recruitment events

Assists job postings on the career site and ensures all jobs are displayed in a consistent format

Coordinates the preparation of hiring and recruitment statistics and analytic reports, as required

Supports Director, Talent Acquisition and Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with management of delegated tasks as needed

Soft Skills:

Create recruitment strategy that successfully fills open roles with excellent, committed candidates.

Broad knowledge of recruiting, human resources, and business management

Knowledge of HR systems including online recruiting, onboarding/orientation, and ATS.

Expertise in evaluating employment factors such as education, skills, experience, knowledge, and abilities

Manage full cycle recruitment: source, screen, and interview top talent

Support hiring manager and candidates throughout the hiring process

Engage with candidates and act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the hiring teams

Build meaningful relationships with candidates and hiring mangers

Leverage data and analytics to reach recruiting goals

Business hours are between 8 am – 6:30 pm.
