Recruiting Coordinator

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently hiring Recruiting Coordinators in the San Francisco and Foster City areas. This position will start as a contract with a high chance to extend and/or convert. Recruiting Coordinators are an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships; often providing candidates with their first impression of the company.

Duties

  • Works closely with a team of recruiters in a fast-paced recruiting organization.
  • Coordinate the hiring process with recruiters and/or hiring managers
  • Review resumes, verify employment history, and check professional references
  • Schedule applicants for interview and pre-employment tests
  • Revise offers per the guidelines provided by the recruiter
  • Generate and send offer letters
  • Perform all job-related duties
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Organized, proactive, and great time management skills
