Our client is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to join their AMAZING team!! If you are someone who thrives on attention to detail, hits those deadlines, and can handle the pressure of a fast-paced, environment, then this role is for you!!!

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Responsible for all HR duties, including full cycle recruiting, new hires, job interviews, offer letters, assisting with orientations, on-boarding, and off-boarding
  • Benefits and HR transactions, providing hands-on management and direction for the day-to-day operations and administration of the benefits area, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, FSA, commuter benefits, and 401K
  • Ensure benefits compliance and reporting needed by State and Federal agencies in conjunction with support from benefits brokers
  • Project lead for open enrollment in coordination with insurance brokers and HR Director
  • Ability to handle all mandatory State or Federal reporting and filing such as the EEO-1 and the CA pay data reporting
  • HR Policies and Procedures, maintain employee handbook, stay current on all State & Federal laws, document workplace investigations
  • Knowledgeable of Worker’s Compensation: submit and follow up on all claims, WC audits, and annual reporting.
  • Assist in the annual 401(k) audit
  • May assist with company events: annual meeting, holiday party, and picnic.
  • Assist HR Director in planning and administering existing and future wellness programs, and safety policies and procedure
  • MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5 years of HR Generalist/Analyst experience
  • Comprehensive understanding of local, state, and federal employment laws.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP), HRIS, and ADP a must!
  • Demonstrates skills in organization and problem-solving
  • Attention to detail, ability to work independently, or with a team
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Friendly, approachable style in working with employee
