LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative with 2 or more years of experience for a full-time job, located in Garden City, New York This is an excellent Hybrid Direct Hire opportunity for candidates within the customer service industry.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls, generate sales leads, and identify/assist new customers
  • Handle work order system, processing work orders, dealing directly with exiting clients
  • Communicate with customers regarding concerns or complaints, providing necessary solutions and alternatives within procedure
  • Document records of customer interaction and file the necessary documentation
  • Administrative and clerical support as needed regarding customer resolution

  • Qualifications:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel
  • Bilingual (Spanish)

  • Experience:

  • Minimum 1-2 years in Customer service or call center environment

  • Worksite: Hybrid/Remote
