LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative with 2 or more years of experience for a full-time job, located in Garden City, NY . This is an excellent direct hire opportunity.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls, generate sales leads, and identify/assist new customers
  • Manage customer book of business, creating work orders, managing issues for both suppliers and customers
  • Handle customer complaints, providing necessary solutions and alternatives within procedure
  • Partner with Service Team to address customer issues in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with necessary department to facilitate customer info/disputes

  • Qualifications:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel
  • Bilingual is a plus (Spanish)

  • Experience:

  • Minimum 1-2 years in customer service or handling work orders

  • Worksite: Onsite
