Accounts Payable Specialist (contract-to-hire)

LHH is looking for experienced Accounts Payable Specialists, for contract-to-hire opportunities, in Richmond, Virginia, working a hybrid schedule.

Contract Pay: $18 to $20 an hour

Perm Pay: $20 to $21.50 an hour (eligible for OT)

Hours: Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm, with approximately 10 to 15 hours of overtime.

Vaccination not required, but if not vaccinated must wear mask in the office when moving around.

Responsibilities:

Handling reconciliation for daily receipts, credit cards and commissions.

Prepare reports in an accurate and timely manner.

Manage large data.

Data Entry of transactions and invoices.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable

Experience in multi-tasking and to complete work with little supervision.

Possess strong written and oral communication skills.

Strong computer skills including intermediate Excel (Vlookup and pivot tables)

Strong problem solving skills and math skills.

Ability to meet deadlines.
