Project Accountant – Glendale, AZ
Salary: $57,000–$65,000
Schedule: Hybrid | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 7:30 AM–4:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Handle AIA billing and ensure timely submission of payment applications

• Track project costs and revenue, focusing on AR and collections

• Partner with project managers to maintain accurate job costing

• Reconcile accounts and assist with month-end reporting

• Maintain documentation and support audits as needed

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of recent AIA billing experience

• 2+ years of construction project accounting with AR/collections emphasis

• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)

• Experience with Spectrum software is a strong plus

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Subcontractor experience a huge plus!
