Entry Level Administrative/Human Resource Assist, Glenview IL


We are actively hiring for a great client of ours who is looking to add an Administrative/ Human Resource Assistant to their team in Glenview IL.


Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls, take message or direct phone call as appropriate
  • Greet guest coming into the building, checking them in, or directing them as needed
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing mail- process all shipping labels for shipments
  • Maintain office area- ensure area is clean, order new office supplies as needed
  • Update and maintain internal employee information and files
  • Help to process any times of leave of absences- maternity, disability, etc., and benefit information into HRIS
  • Act as main point of contact for employees regarding benefit questions or inquiries
  • Other responsibilities as needed

  • Requirements:

  • Previous experience within an Administrative or Human Resource position
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to talk to employees on all levels of the organization
  • Ability to stay organize and meet deadlines- prioritize tasks as needed
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suites

  • Job Details:

  • Contract to Hire
  • Hybrid, 2 days a week in office, 3 days at home
  • Monday-Friday 8-5pm
  • Pay up to $40k-45k depending on experience
