HR Assistant

LLH is currently seeking a HR Assistant for one of our clients located in the Glenview, IL area. The ideal candidate must have minimum one year of HR experience and looking to grow their Human Resources career. This is a CONTRACT TO HIRE opportunity.

Duties:

Processing leave of absence requests and benefits information in their HRIS

Answer phone calls and email to explain benefits

Onboarding employees into the system and verifying their certifications

Reaching out to candidates to get verification for certs/ backgrounds

Processing benefit change requests and benefits information in their HRIS

Keeping detailed records of employee insurance information

Oversee the enrollment process medical, dental, vision and other benefits
