LHH is currently recruiting for a Plant Controller role located in Gordonsville, TN which is about an hour out of Nashville. This company is one of the largest manufacturing companies of paper products that has multiple locates around the world. In this role, you will have full P&L responsibilities and be a member of the Plant Leadership Team. The role also oversees one person and the work of three others located in the corporate office.

This will be an onsite role, so no remote candidates need to apply.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Full month end responsibilities – this role is a hands-on role and does everything affiliated with ME accept the AP, AR and payroll

• Balance sheets, reconciliations, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting

• Oversight of SOX compliance and the annual operating plan

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Willing to consider a Senior Accountant who is ready to move into a bigger role

• Bachelor’s Degree – Accounting, Finance or related field

• 3+ years of accounting experience with at least 1 year in a manufacturing environment

• Systems proficient, SAP preferred but not required if there is large ERP knowledge
