Job Posting: Customer Service Representative
Position: Customer Service Representative Pay Rate: $27/hr Location: Grand Prairie, TX Shift: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
Job Duties:
Customer Service Management: Oversee and coordinate customer support and service aspects within a designated region. Provide product and service information, resolve issues, and handle communications with accuracy and efficiency.
Team Leadership: Serve as the “go-to person” for the commercial Regional Account Representative (RAR) teams. Lead by example, assist in daily operations, and offer guidance, motivation, and coaching to the RAR teams. Develop team strategies to meet objectives.
Operational Support: Assist with staffing, training, scheduling, and reward/recognition programs. Review and process customer requests, manage customer property, prepare work orders and quotes, and maintain back order reports.
Customer Relations: Ensure contract deliverables are met, handle confidential information, and resolve complaints with a positive attitude. Process invoices, address disputes, and maintain organized records.
Travel: Some travel may be required (up to 5%), including international travel.
On-Call Duty: Participate in rotating on-call duty as needed.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or four years of experience in aviation mechanical, engineering, or a technical position.
Skills: Advanced mechanical, technical, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and advanced spreadsheet skills (pivot tables, charts/graphs, formulas). Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning tools (SAP preferred).
Additional Skills: Experience under pressure, cultural sensitivity, and project management or Lean Sigma certification is an asset. Must be able to multitask, be autonomous, and proactive.
