We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruiting Specialist to support and coordinate full-cycle recruitment activities across multiple departments. The ideal candidate will have a passion for connecting talent with opportunity, a proactive mindset, and strong organizational skills. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate all stages of the recruitment process including job postings, screening, interview scheduling, and offer coordination
Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and support hiring strategies
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with candidate information and status updates
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Assist with onboarding coordination and ensure proper documentation is collected
Track and report recruiting metrics and assist in identifying areas for improvement
Support recruitment marketing initiatives, job fairs, and other sourcing activities
Maintain compliance with internal policies and employment laws
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative support (preferred)
Experience working with an applicant tracking system (ATS) or HRIS
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with learning new systems
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
