Description:

LHH is looking for a Total Rewards Manager in Grand Rapids, Michigan. As the Total Rewards you will be responsible for payroll, compensation, HRIS, talent analytics and benefit operations. You will implement, administer, and communicate all health and welfare, 401K and pension plans.

Duties:

  • Providing all support for benefits and retirement plans, inquiries, and problems
  • Maintain current benefit process procedures and recommend any updates/changes
  • Handle invoicing for benefits and audits for time records and attendance
  • Handle all benefit related payroll needs including leaves, elections etc.
  • Enters and maintains HRIS with employee information
  • Coordinate events for benefits, new hire orientation and open enrollments
  • Handle all compensation projects, assessments, inquires and compliance
  • Analyze organizational data to identify potential future needs to meet HR strategy
  • Maintain HRIS
  • Manage day to day HRIS activity for development and workflow
  • Qualifications:

  • 5+ years’ experience in benefits or compensation
  • Bachelor’s in HR or related field
  • CPP preferred
  • ADP and Ceridian Dayforce experience preferred
  • Advanced excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP is preferred
  • Shift:

    M-F, 8-5, WFH 1 day a week
