- Procurement Strategy: Develop and execute effective procurement strategies aligned with company objectives, including sourcing new suppliers and maintaining relationships with existing ones.
- Supplier Management: Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, price, reliability, and suitability, negotiating contracts and terms to ensure favorable arrangements for the company.
- Purchase Orders: Generate and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing while adhering to budgetary constraints and project timelines.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, pricing, and availability of products, staying updated on industry developments to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, collaborating with inventory control teams to optimize stock levels and prevent overstock or stockouts.
- Cost Optimization: Seek opportunities for cost reduction through negotiation, bulk purchases, and alternative sourcing strategies without compromising quality.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements in all procurement activities.
- Proven experience as a Buyer or in a relevant procurement role.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and make strategic purchasing decisions.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field is preferred.

- Compensation: $24-28/hr
- Work hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
